LiveDima’ là phần mềm chạy trên máy Windows của bạn. Phần lớn dữ liệu bạn tạo ra khi dùng phần mềm — cấu hình, âm thanh, hiệu ứng, thông tin khán giả — nằm lại trên chính máy bạn và không được gửi đi đâu cả. Trang này nói rõ phần nào là ngoại lệ.

Ba điều chúng tôi không làm

  • Không cài công cụ thống kê hay theo dõi hành vi (analytics, telemetry) nào trong phần mềm.
  • Không bán, cho thuê hay trao đổi dữ liệu của bạn với bất kỳ ai.
  • Không đọc, không tải lên nội dung tệp âm thanh, video hay hình ảnh mà bạn thêm vào phần mềm.

1. Dữ liệu tài khoản

Để mở phần mềm, bạn đăng nhập bằng tài khoản Google. Chúng tôi chỉ xin quyền ở mức cơ bản nhất mà Google cung cấp (email và profile) — không quyền đọc Gmail, Drive, Danh bạ hay bất cứ dịch vụ nào khác của bạn.

Từ đó, máy chủ của chúng tôi (Google Firebase) lưu:

Mã máy là một chuỗi do Windows sinh ra để định danh thiết bị. Nó không chứa tên, vị trí hay bất kỳ thông tin cá nhân nào của bạn.

2. Dữ liệu không bao giờ rời khỏi máy bạn

  • Sổ Fan — tên, mã người dùng và số quà của khán giả TikTok, lưu tại %APPDATA%\bob-sound-fx\viewer-memory\. Dữ liệu này không được gửi lên máy chủ nào, kể cả của chúng tôi.
  • Toàn bộ cấu hình — nút âm thanh, hiệu ứng, bố cục OBS, hồ sơ, phím tắt.
  • Tệp media bạn thêm vào — nhạc, video, hình ảnh.
  • Hình ảnh camera điện thoại — khi bạn dùng điện thoại làm webcam, hình truyền thẳng từ điện thoại sang máy tính trong mạng nội bộ của bạn (WebRTC, không dùng máy chủ trung chuyển). Hình ảnh không đi qua Internet và không đến chỗ chúng tôi.

3. Dữ liệu gửi tới bên thứ ba khi bạn bật tính năng

Một số tính năng cần dịch vụ bên ngoài mới chạy được. Chúng chỉ hoạt động khi bạn chủ động bật, và bạn tắt được bất cứ lúc nào.

Đọc bình luận bằng giọng nói (TTS)

Nội dung bình luận được gửi tới dịch vụ chuyển văn bản thành giọng nói của Microsoft Edge hoặc Google Dịch để lấy về tệp âm thanh. Chỉ phần chữ được gửi đi; không kèm thông tin tài khoản của bạn.

Tính năng này có bốn chế độ và bạn chọn:

Kết nối TikTok Live

Khi bạn bật kết nối, phần mềm đọc luồng sự kiện công khai của phiên live (bình luận, quà tặng, lượt theo dõi) trực tiếp từ TikTok về máy bạn. Chúng tôi không đứng giữa và không nhận bản sao nào.

Thanh toán

Nạp tiền xử lý qua Sepay. Chúng tôi nhận thông tin đối soát giao dịch, không nhận và không lưu số thẻ hay thông tin đăng nhập ngân hàng của bạn.

Cập nhật phần mềm

Phần mềm hỏi GitHub xem có phiên bản mới không. Yêu cầu này chỉ gồm thông tin kỹ thuật thông thường của một lượt tải tệp.

4. Lưu trong bao lâu

Dữ liệu tài khoản được giữ trong thời gian bạn còn dùng phần mềm. Khi bạn yêu cầu xoá tài khoản, chúng tôi xoá dữ liệu tài khoản trong vòng 30 ngày, trừ phần lịch sử giao dịch phải giữ lại theo quy định về kế toán và thuế.

Dữ liệu nằm trên máy bạn thì do bạn toàn quyền — gỡ phần mềm hoặc xoá thư mục %APPDATA%\bob-sound-fx là hết.

5. Quyền của bạn

Gửi yêu cầu tới [email protected] — chúng tôi trả lời trong vòng 7 ngày làm việc.

6. Trẻ em

Phần mềm dành cho người từ 13 tuổi trở lên. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ nhỏ hơn. Nếu phát hiện, chúng tôi sẽ xoá.

7. Thay đổi chính sách

Khi có thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật ngày ở đầu trang này. Với thay đổi lớn, phần mềm sẽ báo cho bạn ngay trong giao diện.

LiveDima’ runs on your own Windows machine. Most of the data you create while using it — settings, audio, effects, audience information — stays on your machine and is never sent anywhere. This page explains the exceptions.

Three things we do not do

  • We include no analytics or behaviour-tracking of any kind in the software.
  • We never sell, rent or trade your data with anyone.
  • We do not read or upload the audio, video or image files you add to the software.

1. Account data

You sign in with a Google account to open the software. We request only the most basic scopes Google offers (email and profile) — no access to your Gmail, Drive, Contacts or any other Google service.

From that, our server (Google Firebase) stores:

The machine ID is a string Windows generates to identify a device. It contains no name, location or other personal information about you.

2. Data that never leaves your machine

  • Fan Book — names, user IDs and gift totals of your TikTok viewers, stored at %APPDATA%\bob-sound-fx\viewer-memory\. This data is never uploaded to any server, ours included.
  • All of your settings — sound buttons, effects, OBS layout, profiles, hotkeys.
  • Media files you add — music, video, images.
  • Phone camera video — when you use your phone as a webcam, the video goes straight from phone to computer over your local network (WebRTC, with no relay server). It does not travel over the Internet and never reaches us.

3. Data sent to third parties when you enable a feature

Some features need an outside service to work. They run only when you turn them on, and you can turn them off at any time.

Reading comments aloud (TTS)

Comment text is sent to the text-to-speech service of Microsoft Edge or Google Translate to produce an audio file. Only the text is sent; no account information goes with it.

Speech subtitles

This feature has four modes and you choose:

TikTok Live connection

When you enable it, the software reads the public event stream of your live session (comments, gifts, follows) directly from TikTok to your machine. We are not in the middle and receive no copy.

Payments

Top-ups are processed by Sepay. We receive transaction reconciliation data and never receive or store your card number or banking credentials.

Software updates

The software asks GitHub whether a newer version exists. That request carries only the ordinary technical information of a file download.

4. How long we keep it

Account data is kept for as long as you keep using the software. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account data within 30 days, except transaction records we must retain under accounting and tax rules.

Data on your own machine is entirely yours — uninstalling the software or deleting the %APPDATA%\bob-sound-fx folder removes it.

5. Your rights

6. Children

The software is for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If we find such data, we delete it.

7. Changes to this policy

When something changes we update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, the software will tell you inside its interface.
